Princess Breakfast

  So Alyson and I have been busy with many Girl Scout activites already this year.  The first one that was a surprise took place afew weeks ago.  It was a surprise Princess Breakfast.  The girls didn't know about it and they were to show up in their pj's.  I know my daughter and I know that I need to kind of set up the day before hand otherwise there could be a meltdown.  So the night before I told her we were going somewhere fun and that she was going to wear her pj's.  She assumed it was Disneyland - hehe.  Nope.  So we got the girls up early and met before and walked over to the place together.  They knew it had something to do with the Girl Scouts but that's it.

  When we walked in the pace was covered with princess decor - all pink and purple - so cute!  Of course I was too busy showing Alyson everything that I didn't get a photo.  But here she is with a princess hat/crown on.  The girls had pancakes, hot chocolate, bacon and sausage.  It was perfect.  And only about 45 minutes long - which is the perfect amount for the girls! 

  The funny part is that Alyson decided to wear her pj's that weren't too heavy -- and it was cold.  All the other girls were in botton down flannels.  Hehe - so typical - she really doesn't get cold (like her dad).

This is actually a shot of Alyson and a friend but I edited it because I don't have permission to post the photo.  Oh and we were really smart in getting there early because we had our choice of seating and didn't have to stand like some of the other moms:)

Just a little look at her meal - yes that is finished - she is not one to clean her plate -- but you see that she used all of her syrup -- heehee!

I can't wait to do more of these things with the girls -- we will be doing our first booth sales soon and that should be too cute!  I will definitely be taking lots of photos!
