This layout is a favorite! From the photos to the pattern paper - I just really like the way it turned out. I took this picture of Alyson the morning of her Kindergarten graduation pictures. I curled her hair and she just looked so pretty with her tan (because yes, she already has one), and her dress.
For this next layout I used some of the bandana printed paper and took advantage of the photos I had just taken of Alyson.
She had country western day at daycare so I quickly put together this top for her. They were old bandanas that I had and the front is purple and the back is pink - so she can wear it the way she would like. Came out pretty cute for a 10 mintue shirt! And not to mention that it went perfectly with this paper. For the stars on this page I embissed foil paper and adhered it to chipboard. I thought it would give it a metal-look.
These photos are from our trip to the farm with Alyson's classroom. The bright colors on her shirt were a perfect match with this paper.
I loved the stitching that was already on the We R Memory Keepers paper - so easy and added a great touch.
Lastly, I decided to make a little summer flower decoration for our kitchen table.
As you can see I have added a bit of burlap to a couple of my items. It's me new 'thing' haha!
And a little hint of something I have coming up...
Have a wonderful day!
