Getting Organized! Cupboard Clean up!

Hi there!  I am still up to the getting organized challenge.  Although there is no way I can do it all in 21 days.  I work and when I get home I a tired - but aren't we all!  Ha!!  I did set aside time this weekend to clean up some cupboards.  I am so loving it!  Here is the challenge if you want to take a look or play along.

This weekend I tackled the tupperware cupboard.  My mom and Alyson always rearrange this when they are together.  But it was time for me to go through and actually match a lid with a container.  Because it seems that I have 100 lids and not one matches a container that I happen to need. Soo, here is my before shot.

As you can see I have a lot of it!I even have a little organizer thingy in there.  But as you can see it didn't help.
So I went thought it all and threw away pieces that had either seen better days, or had no tops(or bottoms) to them.  I put the larger lids to the left in the white basket.  And the small containers along with the lids in the right white basket.  Also on the top in the rear I put my soup containers with the tops already on so they are ready to go.  So much better and when I cleaned this area out I found my cheese grater!  Yay!  It was hidden to the right.

Then I tackled under the sink.  I have to confess now that I am a bag lady.  I LOVE keeping bags.  You never know when you will need them.  Right?  I keep Target bags for things like cat litter, trash that I don't want to stink up the kitchen, etc.  And then I have the bags with handles.  Those Starbucks bags come in handy for taking lunch to and from work, or just whatever, I just have a tendency to keep them.

So what you see to the left under the sink is just that!  My bag full of bags  - ha!!  I finally decided to go through the bags and put ones that were re-gift ready into my wrapping bin and the others went out the the garage, much neater.

I also donated some of the Target bags to the daycare (they are always in need of them), and then stuffed my new little bag holder full!  Let me tell you I LOVE the difference already!  Everything has its place.  AND I finally found the Mr. Clean sponges that I KNEW I had already bought but couldn't find. They were probably hiding behind the bags! heee!  Well now I have 3 new boxes:)
I never thought I would look forward to cleaning, but I have!  Just getting rid of stuff feels great!  My next big job is to tackle the cabinets that are bursting with stuff to be organized!  So until later:)

Question, in case you know- where did you get the two little stacking white bins that are under your sink? Those are perfect for something I am looking to organize!
