Weekend recap - sort of....

First of all, it was nice to hear so many of you in the same back to school/work rut as me.  It just stinks going back.  Now counting down until Spring Break - ha!!

  This weekend was all about relaxing.  I even skipped a night out with the girls because I wanted to get home and clean!  Gasp!  I know!  And do you know what happened?  I fell asleep on the couch drinking coffee - ha!!  Got a full nights sleep and was able to wake up real early to make up for lost time. :)  And I did do some more reorganizing (will share soon), and scrapping!  I love all the new stuff I have been able to work with.  Can't wait to show you all.

  Sunday, Alyson and I headed out to church.  She was so excited, and that makes me happy.  It was a great sermon and a great way to start the week.  We then headed out to get Alyson's second hair cut ever.  It has been over a year since her first and let me tell you the longer it gets the harder it is to brush.  So a hair cut was in definite order.

Here she is before.  We had to wait a while and I even offered to bring her back another day so we wouldn't have to wait so long, but she wouldn't have it.  She wanted to cut it.

Don't mind the tangled mess, it doesn't always look that way:)

Ahhh, finally.  Lots of those ends cut off.  She wasn't too far off from doing Locks of Love, but I think I need to prepare her for that before we go next time.

She is very excited to get all glittered up.

Awe, so cute.  Excuse the allergy eyes.  Her hair was much easier to comb through this morning.  Which is good news for us both:)
